Looking for some feedback!

Hi everyone!

We are trying to get a handle on how many people still have not received gifts.  If you have not yet received your gift (from ANY exchange: Christmas, Valentine's, or Pinterest), please fill out the form below.  That way we have your name and can look up your partner.  From there we will be able to send more emails to try to locate your missing gift!  Thanks for being patient.  I know this is a crazy time of year and I'm sure that's why some gifts are a little behind!

I would also appreciate any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may have.  Especially if you have a  great idea that you think might make organizing the exchanges easier!  :)
